- I wanted to lose 30 pounds healthfully and still be able to enjoy my college experience. Having 7 in doing so, I’d like to share my experiences with those who could 8 my direct knowledge of the difficulty of trying to 9 college life with being healthy. It’s a journey about healthy lifestyle choices, including 10 for creating a new relationship with food.
